Cross River State Director-General, Road Maintenance Agency, CRROMA, Dr. Engineer Thomas Aruku, has congratulated the Chief of Staff to the Cross River State Governor, Honourable Martins Orims, on the conferment as an Honourary Fellow, Honoris Causa, in Educational Administration, bestowed on him by the University of Calabar, in Cross River State.
Lauding the recipient feats on Wednesday, while speaking with pressmen on the conferment, Engineer Thomas said currently preponderance of individuals with disabilities in the Cross river community has been alleviated with human capital development via Martins Orim Foundation. He extolled the recipient for his contributions to the development of agrarian communities and Cross River State at large.
Engineer Thomas, urged the awardee to continue to do his best in promoting a healthy philanthropic tradition, in his efforts to bring good governance to his people despite the challenge of limited resources.
The Director-General, however, applauded the Nigerian Association Administration and Planning (NAEAP) for their commitment to producing globally relevant, competitive, and entrepreneurship-minded graduates in the citadel of learning.
