Ahead of the resumption of the Abia State House of Assembly on 23rd September 2019, the Member Representing Isiala Ngwa North State Constituency in the hallowed chambers has set out projects he intends to embark on this legislative session. Hon. Owusibe made this known in his Facebook account monitored by News Mirror online. The Constituency projects includes but not restricted to;
1. Bursary awards to Isiala Ngwa North Constituency Students in tertiary institutions.
2. More works on the ongoing Nbawsi Mini Stadium.
3. Flag Off of our Mutual Community Health Insurance Scheme that will provide free medicare for more than 1000 people of Isiala Ngwa North State Constituency.
4. Foundation lying and building of classroom blocks at Abayi Secondary School.
5. Construction of a Modern Healthcare Center at Umuoha Ward9.
6. Solar powered street lights in busy areas across the 10 political wards.
7. Agricultural Training and employment of men, women and youths of our State Constituency.
Note: NOT FORGETTING STOMACH INFRASTRUCTURE.
