Dr Osita Igbe,Rector of Abia State College of Health Sciences and Management Technology has congratulated the Executive Governor of Abia Dr Alex Chioma Otti and his deputy Engr Ikechukwu Emetu on their victory and successful swearing in as the 5th Democratically elected Governor of Abia state.
In a letter signed by the Rector,he extolled the exemplary qualities of Dr Otti and expressed optimism that”Abia state is headed to greater heights.”
