The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Agriculture Mr Charles C. Agbara paid a. Familiarization visit to Abia State Agricultural Development Program.
In his welcome speech, ADP Program Manager Chief Israel Amanze said he is elated with joy by honor bestowed on him by the Permanent Secretary who he described as a brother and friend and thanked Governor Ikpeazu for Appointing Mr Agbara Permanent Secretary Ministry of Agriculture and expressed his confidence on the ability of Mr Agbara to achieve the desired results.
In his speech, Mr Charles Agbara described Ministry of Agriculture and Agriculture Development Program as Inextricable because the two are working in parripassu for the actualization of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu’s vision of making Abia the number state in Agriculture. According to him.He expressed his satisfaction with the astute performance of Chief Amanze who he said as a tested Agricultural Expert.
The highpoint of the visitation were questions, answers and interactive session and as well prayers and supplications to God Almighty for the Success of the present Government and Ministry of Agriculture.
