Former President Goodluck Jonathan has secretly submitted his All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential nomination and expression of interest forms after several speculations.

Meanwhile, Federal High Court sitting in Yenegoa, Bayelsa State would on Friday rule that Jonathan is “constitutionally” qualified to contest for president in 2023.
