The state Chairman of SOTOA, Eugene Ebere job, has replied the Leader of ATRIWA, St’ Moses Ogbonna, calling him a green snake in a green grass. In his post, he said his attention has been drawn to a heap of lies published against me by St.Moses Ogbonna on his Facebook page, where he accused me of threatening to kill him.

Comr. Eugene Eze job is a person of proven character. If not for any thing, I am known widely for my love and respect for my brothers, including St. Moses. So I could not, in any circumstance, threaten him.
However, in as much as I owe and accord everyone the respect due him, it stands to be an abuse of goodwill if a known propagandist like St. Moses does not stop stirring the turbulent waters.

I am the chairman of SATOA in Abia State, and by the grace of God and what we stand for, SATOA remains a tricycle association in Abia State that abides by the rules and regulations stipulated by the Abia State government, which created and licensed our operations.

Let me put some records straight.
In road transport community all over the country, down to our native Keke community, the principle guiding us has always been that of hard work.
For an association to garner and sustain loyal members, such association must put hard work first – which is exactly a standard SATOA has sustained and maintained even hitherto.

But what one cannot do however, is to reap where he did not sow – exactly what St. Moses and his ATRIWA represents.

I overread St. Moses in his publication talking about remitting revenue to the state government. It is on record and verifiable that ATRIWA as a tricycle association has never either in the dream world or real life remitted up to 5% of what SATOA remits to the state government on monthly basis… The records are there at the Abia State Internal Revenue Service.

ATRIWA is an Audio tricycle association that exists only on St. Moses’ table. He doesn’t have genuine members only but a set of trouble seekers who are going about forcing SATOA members to either join them or face impending danger.
St Moses is the Chairman of ATRIWA, he is the legal adviser of ATRIWA, he is the treasurer of ATRIWA. St Moses is yet to explain to Abians if ATRIWA is a sole proprietorship business or a tricycle association.

St. Moses is a lawyer who should have been busy in the courtroom, but he chose to reduce himself to be a motor park confusionist.
Anyway, it doesn’t baffle me, given his antecedents in several investments he served and still serving.

Brief instance should be drawn from the PDP where he is currently serving as her organizing secretary. He masterminded the suspension of his party chairman sometime ago in order to create confusion in the party prior to the party’s primary election. His plot to shatter the party failed and he resigned from the PDP and ran to APGA to support Alex Otti’s governorship ambition.

APGA accepted him and sent him back to the PDP as a mole. Perhaps, it was exactly the above facts that pushed a PDP national assembly aspirant from Osisioma LGA to make a statement in his publication dated 21st of Feb.2019, with the caption ” ST MOSES OGBONNA AND HIS TALES BY MOONLIGHT.”
The writer reiterated that if St. Moses greets him good morning that he would check his watch before responding.

The leopard cannot change its spots ; the reason St Moses sued almost every member of Oha Ukwa Ngwa to court some months back.

He is a known agent of confusion in the state, and he has not changed even in this our very peaceful tricycle community in Abia State.

SATOA would always respect and abide by the binding agreement set out by the government of our amiable governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu to regulate the affairs of Keke operations in Abia State. We are not deterred by challenges and we can’t capitulate giving the government ably led by Okezie Ikpeazu PhD our very best to ensure peace and harmony.
