The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has disqualified the Candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, Professor Charles Soludo from participating in the Anambra State 2021 Governorship Election slated to hold on 6th November.
In the list published by INEC obtained by Newsmirrorng.com, APGA’S Chukwuma Umeoji replaced Professor Charles Soludo who emerged the party’s flag bearer.
INEC also skipped the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on the list of cleared candidates.
The Commission, in a statement by its National Commissioner and Chairman Information and Voter Education Committee, Festus Okoye, cited Court Order for exclusion of the party’s candidate from the cleared list.
