Federal high court sitting in Umuahia on friday struck out the petition of Senator Emma Nwaka and Lucky Igbokwe, challenging the candidature of Chief Okay Ahiwe.
The court stuck out the case for lack of merit.
Recall that Mayor Lucky Igbokwe and Senator Emma Nwaka went to court to challenge the emergence of Chief Ahiwe as the PDP governorship candidate in Abia State after the death of Prof. Uche Ikonne
