A. I do not believe that the following projects (costs highlighted in yellow in the attachments) for which Governor Alex C. Otti claimed tens of billions of Naira in 9 months, exist anywhere, apart from the pages of Abia’s financial reports. Governor Otti needs to refund these funds to the state’s accounts.
B. I also believe that those costs highlighted in yellow are atrociously high. Prove me wrong and win N2m each for 5 people
