This is really fantastic! I strongly agree with a few unbiased Nigerian citizens that have said or written many things about the state of our God’s blessed nation, that we do not have a workable system or record in Nigeria which is nothing but the truth.
Honestly, when we think deeply and look beyond sentiment, we will realise that, we do not have workable systems that can easily track down or monitor citizens’ information like; birth records with the hospital, crime records with the police and judiciary, studentship records such as bio-data, certificates and transcripts most especially in our tertiary institutions, authentic financial records in the banking sector and that is why some criminals in some of our institutions or ministries could still be conniving with bankers to pay ghost workers salaries monthly.
Even SIM card registration is not effective and that is why NCC cannot track down Boko Haram, bandits, Fulani herdsmen communication with their sponsors and victims to carry out all form of criminal activities across the country.
As a matter of urgency, I implore the Nigerian government under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration to rise up to his responsibilities, fight terrorism with all his strength and also put our failing and non-workable systems or institutions in order, so that Nigeria can match up with other developed countries in the world.
Finally, I believe there is nothing so spectacular in what other developed countries around the world including United States of America have done to develop their countries which Nigerians desperately run into on a daily basis to find greener pastures that Nigeria as a nation can not replicate. But If we all come together as citizens of Nigeria to work, and we sincerely have creative and innovative leaders with enthusiasm, driven force and will power to develop Nigeria with all the God’s given human and natural resources at our disposal, Nigeria shall be attractive, developed, great, peaceful and prosperous again.
Above all, I pray God really help our country Nigeria, give our leaders coordinated, creative and innovative mindsets, and wisdom to do things right and also instill His fear in the heart of every citizen to love one another genuinely (Amen).
