A former National Assembly member and Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, Senator Nkechi Nwaogu has congratulated the Muslim Umma as they mark this year’s ed el kabir.
Sen. Nwaogu in a press release made through her Aide on Media, Victor Kelechi Onyendi felicitated with the Muslim Umma on this year’s eid el Kabir celebrations.
Nwaogu who recently advocated for women inclusiveness and the entrenchment of the 35% affirmative for women in the various tiers of government urged the Muslim Faithfuls to use the period of this year’s sallah to pray fervently for peace, stability and progress of the country.
She further prayed that God will continue to bind us together in love and inculcate in us the spirit of National integration.
