MC Sweet, who was earlier today granted bail by the Aba South Chief Magistrates Court, has been unable to meet the bail conditions given by Chief Magistrate Erinma Enyeribe.
As of the time of filing this report MC Sweet was at the Aba correctional facility with other inmates, and may likely spend the Christmas in the facility.
Recall that MC Sweet, now an inmate, made and posted a video where he falsely said that some Ngwa indigenes of Aba demanded money from the Government of Abia State as a precondition for the reconstruction of PH Road, Aba, and where lured to Umuahia by Government Alex Otti where they were arrested and detained.
Miffed by the false information, the Aba Ngwa People’s Forum wrote a petition to the Commissioner of Police which led to MC Sweet’s arrest on Wednesday culminating in his arraignment today.
