The Director ( Parliamentarian) South East APC Presidential Campaign Council and Abia State Coordinator for Women Tinubu/ Shettima Women Presidential Campaign Council, Senator Nkechi Nwaogu has expressed her confidence in the ability of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to deliver to his campaign promises.

The former National Assembly member disclosed this on Friday while featuring on Arise TV Newsday.

According to the former Lawmaker,  the actions of Mr President should be commended because of his laudable steps, It is a journey that have started in the positive way. I want to use this medium to thank our amiable President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for giving us this experienced women with proven track record. He said it and he is doing it.I’m convinced that President Tinubu’s agenda is going to be manifested. It is laudable thing by Mr President. I can see good things coming on the way. We should be appreciative. The journey of a thousand miles always start in a step

Senator Nwaogu maintained that she is confident that women will be entrenched properly, while stating unequivocally about the ability of the female ministerial designates to deliver further declared that President Tinubu have the trust of Nigerians.

She further clarified issues of 35 affirmative, which she says doesn’t mean that we will do away with the men.

According to her training a woman means training the nation.

Nwaogu further stated that “time has come for a woman to become a governor of a state, we have qualified women who have the cognitive experience, astute administrative prowess and educational qualification who are poised to deliver. I’m praying that women be allowed to become National Chairmen and National Secretaries of big political parties. With the step already taken by the current administration under President Tinubu I’m confident that the time is near.

When asked if the ministerial list is a compensation for the electioneering campaign, Senator Nkechi Nwaogu said it was not a compensatory list but is a list that is based on merit and administrative know how.

The former National assembly also used the opportunity to solicit support for Mr President, saying that he does not need distraction but constructive criticisms.

Nwaogu further advised people who are nursing political ambition to go back to the grassroot and familiarize with the masses who she said are the real voters.
