The Uwaoma family of Umuohia Village, Ndiolumbe Nvosi, Isialangwa South LGA, Abia State after thorough sequencial consultations with family members, Amala umuokereke umuohia village, The political class and the Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion has fixed the burial of our great Patriarch, Chief Michael Omenazu Uwaoma (Ururuaja, Okwu ana aso Anya, Adighi nma nwata, Ugwu Akuma, Anyim Ojiii Aka ekpuvhighi Onwa, Dike Ogu, Nkuma igwe)who passed away peacefully on Friday 21st July 2023 after a protracted illness as follows
Wednesday 29th November,2023 : Service of Songs in his compound
Thursday 30th November,2023 : *Funeral service by St Michael’s Anglican Church Amaede/ Umuohia
Until his death, Chief Michael Uwaoma was a great Leader of thought, an astute politician, a renowned businessman, a devout christian and a father to all.
– He was a former Chairman, Nvosi Council of Chiefs!
-Chairman of the defunct Social Democratic Party (SDP) Ward 5;
Chairman of the defunct NCPN ward 5
Publicity Secretary of the defunct Nigerian People’s Party NPP ward 5
-Pastor’s Warden, St Michael’s Anglican Church Amaede/Umuohia;
-Member, Eze’s Cabinet of HRM Eze (Dr) S. E. Nwakwue (Eze Chimere 2 of Osokwa Nvosi)
