An illustrious son of Uratta village in Uratta- Umuoha, Isiala Ngwa North LGA and a business mogul, Sir Mac Atasie, celebrates New Year with women of his community.
Speaking at his country home in Uratta, Sir Mac Atasie, appreciated God for his mercies throughout the year 2023, and his grace to see the year 2024, he prayed for God continuous guidance throughout the new year.
He described the women as the bedrock of every community and eulogized them for the their commitment and hardwork in their farming, trading and other businesses.
Sir Atasie, encouraged the women to sustain the spirit of sportsmanship and hard work while maintaining peaceful coexistence with one another in the community.
He pledged his unflinching support to the women while wishing them a prosperous 2024.
Expressing their joy on behalf of the women, the Chairlady, appreciated their son, Sir Mac Atasie for the show of love to celebrate the new year with the women, describing it as a kind gesture that has put a smile on their faces.
She prayed God to continue to bless him in all his endeavors.
Highlights of the New Year celebration was distribution of food items and bags of rice to the women of Uratta village, donated by their son, Sir Mac Atasie.
