The Federal High Court in Owerri, Imo State, has affirmed Ukaegbu Ikechukwu as the Labour Party (LP) governorship candidate for the November 11 election.

According to him, the primary election was not held on the April 15.

On Plaintiff, Basil Maduka. He ruled that the plaintiff was never an aspirant in the nomination process, as he didn’t participate in the primary election.
