Nigeria’s Super Eagles coach Jose Peseiro is set to field his familiar starting line-up with defender Zaidu Sanusi cleared to play in the final.

Sanusi missed the semi-final due to a minor hamstring injury.

The FC Porto’s left-back is now set to reclaim his spot in the starting line-up.

Fenerbahce’s Bright Osayi-Samuel had filled in for him in the previous game against South Africa.

Peseiro is expected to maintain the team’s 3-4-3 formation for the final showdown.The match takes place at the AlassaneOuattara Stadium in Ebimpe, Abidjan at 9pm Nigeria time.

After initially being unable to travel with the team due to stomach problems, Victor Osimhen was declared fit to lead Nigeria against South Africa and is certain to be lead the starting line-up on Sunday.
