The Former councillor, Executive Chairman and major PDP stakeholder from Aba North LGA Prince Stanley Okey Ogbonna has resigned from the People’s Democratic Party ( PDP)
His resignation letter was made available to www.newsmirrorng.com today. Prince Ogbonna made up his mind after a meeting held last week in the house of Rt. Hon. Uzor Azubuike, a former Secretary to the Local Government ( Aba North), two term House of Assembly Member and former member, representing Aba North and South Federal Constituency.
The meeting had in audience, many PDP and APC Chieftains from Aba North and Aba South. He may not be going alone, as in attendance during the meeting, were some PDP LGA Chairmen from the two LGAs and ward Chairmen.
Prince Okey Ogbonna is a known political ally of Rt. Hon. Uzor Azubuike.
