This is made up of $100m from ADFB African development bank and Climate fund of $15m by African Canadian development bank totalling $115.
Good news to all those who initiated the loan process before 2015 and those that laboured for the last 8 years to ensure the process finally sees the light of the day .
The $115m is earmarked for urban and semi – urban roads including waste management and erosion control. This was alluded to by the SA monitoring Mazi Okoroafor when he said the world bank is partnering with Abia to construct over 260 kilometers of roads .
