As the governorship and State House of Assembly elections in Abia State draws nearer, people groups have been identifying with Chief Okey Ahiwe dumping their various parties to drum support for him and other PDP candidates.
Earlier today in Ndiolumbe Isiala Ngwa South, the People’s Democratic Party in Isiala Ngwa South received decampees from the Labour Party who joyfully rejoined the the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The leader of the decampees Comr. Felix Nwaguru from Ndiolumbe, Ehi Na Uguru Ward 6, Isiala Ngwa South LGA stressed that it was pertinent that he supports his elder brother Chief Okey Ahiwe and Hon. Rowland Cesar with his followers. Stressing that it’s only a foolish fellow that will sell his birthright. He assured that he will make sure that he brings back those remaining in Labor Party to PDP before the March 18th election. He highlighted that it’s important that everyone rally round and make sure that all our votes will be for PDP so as to deliver Chief Okey Ahiwe and Hon. Rowland Ceasar .
Hon. Chinagorom Nwankpa and other PDP faithfuls I’m Ndiolumbe witnessed the ceremony where the decampees were chàrged to remain strong, steadfast and committed I’m their support for the People’s Democratic Party.
