The APC House of Assembly candidate for Isiala Ngwa North State Constituency in the last 2023 general elections, Dr. Alex Chidi Chibuikem has congratulated Rt. Hon. Barr. Martins Azubuike on his appointment as a Commissioner in FCT Civil Service Commission, representing the South East.
