Councillor of Ward 10 (Tombia) in Degema Legislative Council, Rivers State, Hon. Patience Ikiroma-Owiye, carried out empowerment campaign to suppot small business owners in her ward.
She gave financial assistance to over 40 people that owns small scale business
The Councillor said the subsidy removal have made difficult for petty traders to sustain their business, especially those in communities where you transport through waters and land to purchase goods
That as a representative of the people, she had to assist them the best way i can, and she was happy to see smiles of their faces when receiving the financial boost
