Re: After Meeting with Orji Kalu, Oil Tycoon, Chief Chris Igwe Dumps PDP for APC – Disclaimer

My attention has been drawn to the above-referenced news piece that made the news round and has gone viral on the social media space since earlier today.

For the records, I am largely an unaffiliated, nonpartisan businessman. I have and will continue to support good governments/governance at all levels.

For the reasons afore stated, I have come to identify and will continue to support Mr. President in his quest to renew the hope of the common man and uplift the economic wellbeing of all Nigerians. In this regard, I regularly hold layers of talks with well meaning leaders to further this purpose. Lately, I have consulted with Rt. Hon. Ben Kalu, the deputy speaker of the HORs, as well as Speaker Emeritus and Chief of staff to Mr. President, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamilla. Earlier today, I visited Sen. Orji Uzo Kalu in his capacity as my senator and a strong political leader in my home district of Abia North and we held similar discussions. These consultations are focused on ways to find areas of mutual synergy and support for the national government.

I will continue to remain nonpartisan and provide support when asked to do so. Let the reading public be properly guided.

Signed
Chief Chris O. Igwe (OFR)
