The Isialangwa North State constituency lawmaker, Chief Collins Ugochukwu Iheonunekwu (Ochake) has congratulated the fomer Speaker Abia State house of Assembly Rt Hon (Barr) Martins Okechukwu Azubuike on his appointment as a pioneer commissioner in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Civil Service commission to represent South East Geo-political zone.
