During his appearance at the Federal High Court Abuja, Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), unequivocally denounced all forms of violence in the South East region. Kanu emphasized that IPOB upholds non-violence principles and disavowed any individuals resorting to violent means under the guise of pursuing our freedom.
Kanu made it clear that harming fellow citizens in the name of Biafra was unacceptable, pointing out the tragic consequences inflicted on families of victims. Expressing deep concern for the loss of lives and the impact on communities, he condemned any actions that incite violence in the pursuit of Biafran independence.
