Former Super Eagles and Enyimba FC of Aba Player Bright Esieme has been buried in his hometown Amaise Ukpakiri.
In January 2014, coach Stephen Keshi, invited him to be included in the Nigeria 23-man team for the 2014 African Nations Championship. He helped the team defeat Zimbabwe for a third-place finish by a goal to nil.
The 31 years old is from Obingwa, a strong defender, who featured for the CHAN team in 2014, was reportedly passed away after a brief illness.
He played for Rangers, ABS ,Niger Tornadoes, Abia comets and Enyimba FC in the NPFL
