About 10 women have been crushed to death by a truck in the roadside market in Nkwommiri, Nwangele Local Government of Imo State.
The truck was said to have lost its brakes before ramming into other vehicles and crushing the women
Orlando Ikeokwu, the spokesman of the police in the state, said rescue mission is ongoing. He confirmed that 10 persons lost their lives in the incident
