Distinguished Senator Nkechi Justina Nwaogu (PhD) has described the Senator representing Abia North and the Senate Chief Whip Senator Orji Uzor Kalu as a political institution.
Senator Nwaogu made the declaration while paying a congratulatory message to Senator Orji Kalu at his Abuja residence.
