Senator Nkechi J. Nwaogu who was a two time Senator representing Abia Central Senatorial district, a one time house of Representatives member representing Obingwa, Ugwunagbo and Osisioma Federal Constituency, and currently the Pro- Chancellor the Prestigious University of Calabar.
The award adds another accolades to her several awards given to her.
