In a bid to sanitise the online media practice, members of Abia Online Media Publishers Organisation on Friday in Umuahia unveiled their constitution as well as set up a Disciplinary Committee comprising four members.
Speaking while unveiling the constitution, chairman of the Organisation Comrade Ugochukwu Nwankwo, pointed out that “No organisation thrives without a constitution…we are merely following due process and to place the organisation on a strong footing”.

In the same vein, the organisation also appointed a Disciplinary Committee to look into complaints and adjudicate in matters that will be brought before it by the organisation. Members of the disciplinary committee include: Sunday Nwankwo(Chairman), Chinwe Ugele (Secretary), Emenike Iroegbu, Clinton Ubah and Casmir Nwakanma
