The Governor of Abia State, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu has approved the appointment of Professor Lawrence Nwaneri Chigbu as the New Rector of the Abia State College of Health Sciences and Management Technology Aba.
Professor Chigbu takes over from the former Rector of the College, Professor Chidi Felix Ezeama whose tenure has elapsed.
This appointment is effective from the expiry date of the tenure of the former Rector.
Governor Ikpeazu, who is also the Visitor to the College, expresses his profound gratitude to Professor Ezeama for his positive contributions to the College and wishes him success in his future endeavors.
