The embattled National Chairman of All Progressives Congress, Comrade Adams Oshiomole sacked today by the Court has filled an appeal and motion for stay of execution has been filed. What this mean is that, status quo remains.
The implication is, it is assumed that the National Chairman, Adams Oshiomohle remains National Chairman, until the motion is taken, and the moment records are transmitted, nothing that the lower court can do nothing legally allowed again in the enforcement of the order.
