The immediate past Pro- Chancellor University of Calabar and former National Assembly Member, Sen. Nkechi Nwaogu PhD CON has congratulated Nigerians as they celebrate the 62nd Independence Anniversary of the country.
Nwaogu who disclosed this to news men through her S.A. Media Onyendi Victor Kelechi said that there are lot of reasons to celebrate the Independence of country most especially that we are united as an indivisible nation.
Nwaogu who recently was appointment as a member of APC Presidential Campaign Council further reteriated that Nigeria as a nation has faced with several challenges which include insecurity and insurgency but was optimistic that the country will surely overcome every turbulent time.
She further appreciated the good works of President Muhammad Buhari especially in the area of infrastructural development which she cited the dualization of River Niger bridge and the Rehabilitation of Enugu- Port Harcourt Expressway which said is a testimony of the APC landmark achievements in the country.
While praying for God’s unceasing blessings and protection for the country, she further urged all the patriotic citizens of the country to pray fervently for peace, unity and development of the country.
