There is uneasy calm in Aba, the commercial nerve centre of Abia state as one Ms Oluchi, a jilted lover in Aba, the commercial city of of Aba has reportedly set her ex boyfriend on fire on his wedding day after she found out he was about getting married to another girl after dumping her.
The incident which happened on 31st night of December, 2021 – in Obohia, Ndiegoro axis – left other residents in shock.
According to eyewitness reports, the ex-boyfriend has secretly planned to get married to another woman after both of them have dated for over 8 years. On getting the information, Oluchi invited him over, the ex-boyfriend came over and Oluchi reportedly poured fuel on him and set him ablaze.
Struggling to survive, amidst the burns, the ex grabbed her, and both of them were burnt together.
Meanwhile, both of them are still alive, receiving 3rd degree burns.
