Barrister C C Uhuaba is a native of Umuejije in Amaitolu Ovungwu, OvOv Bloc,Nvosi Constituency in lsialangwa South LGA, Abia State.
He did his primary education at . Amatir community primary, Umuotiri
After which he proceeded to the then prestigious Grammar School Nbawsi where he obtained his West African School Certificate.
Having come out in flying colours, he gained admission to study Law in The University of Calabar. He had a smooth academic exercise in the law faculty of The University of Calabar which gained him access to the Nigerian Law school in 1999
He is the Principal Solicitor at the law firm of C C Uhuaba$co
He was called to Bar after successfully completing his one year compulsory Law school in 2001
He has been practicing excellently and diligently in the law field .
The cases handled by him have volumes to speak about his impeccable work in the law profession .
He was a one time Abia State Legal Adviser of the All Progressives Grand Alliance , the current LGA legal Adviser of Isialangwa South APC
He was also a one time National President of Ikpeghiebeghi Nationalist Movement, a strong member of Ngwa country club .
In his university days , he was the President of Federation of Ngwa Students Unical chapter

Yesterday, Monday 28th June, 2021 , he called his people of Ovungwu Ward 8 and few of his personal friends from outside Ovungwu
In his declaration speech , he gave the narratives of the party as the legal custodian of the party at the local government.
After which he made it known to his people of Ovungwu Ward 8 that he has the intentions of contesting for the position of the lsialangwa South LGA party Chairman.
He also told his people that the party is presently doing all within her shoulders to set up a formidable executive that will strengthen the party the more as the core interest of the Leaders and stakeholders of the party borders on

Barrister Uhuba further said he has not disrespected or abused any of the Leaders or stakeholders of the party in the past hence his having good rapour with them.
The Ward chairman of the party Elder Best Erondu thanked Barrister Uhuba for summoning up courage and his boldness to declare for this position and called for responses from the people of Ovungwu presnt .
In their different responses Mr Omerenna Amaraihu, The Ward Secretary Mr Anucha, His humility Chief Wokocha who spoke on behalf of the men ,
Mrs Rita Osuagwu The woman Leader of the ward and Mr. Agumba Nwogu., who spoke on behalf of the women and the youths respectively, all gave firm support to the aspiration if Barrister C C Uhuaba.
Finally , The village Head of Umuejije Mr Chima Otagburuagu ,who gave a collective support of nde Umuejije which was agreed in affirmation by nde Umuejije .
The village head Mr. Chima Otagburuagu prayed fervently for Barrister Uhuba’s intentions .
Barrister further told his people of Ovungwu that he will soon declare same intentions to the people of lsialangwa South APC having gotten the endorsement of his people.
The program came to an end with light refreshments that were judiciously shared in a disciplined manner.
