Abia State University Uturu has been on a chaos and civil disorder since yesterday with a more intense attack by rival cult groups today in retaliation of the previous attack in Okigwe
According to an anonymous individual who spoke to NewsMirror on phone but pleading not to reveal the identity. He said,
There has been sporadic gunshot at Upgate and many are feared death due to a reprisal attack of yesternight massacre in Okigwe. Many are saying that it is an inter cult groups clash.
But the truth and fact remains that ABSU is boiling. The scenario is no longer safe.
We are soliciting for security personnel to come to ABSU and beefed up security.
