A federal Court of Appeal sitting in Owerri, Imo state capital has sacked Emeka Atuma as the Senatorial Candidate of the All Progressives Congress.
The court maintained that Hon Sam Onuigbo is duely elected Candidate of the APC having stood for the party’s primaries and purchased the Party’s nomination and expression of interest forms
