Positions, Tittles does not make a leader.A leader, anywhere, anytime you will see the traits in them.

When we here the word leadership, in this country of ours what many pictures in their minds is a big potbellied politician occupying a position in government,a corruption symbolic.
The men who has taken us backward instead of forward, the men who has brought joblessness, tribal divisions, religion discreminations, the men who made merit useless.the men who made insecurity rave of the movement, the men who made vote buying a bride in our electorial system.

Leadership has been misconceived.if nothing is done today, character and competence, integrity and vision will be thrown to the dusbin when qualities of leadership is mentioned in this country of ours.
Money and money is what speaks,a young man was asked why do you prefer candidate X for the position of leadership, his reply is.i prefer candidate X to win because he has more money to spend more than candidate Y.

Leadership has been given another name.it is now synonymous to how much millions or billions you can spend. When we continue with that, the country will not progress.
Our mindset, our attitude towards the word leadership should change.leadership is the ability to influence people to achieve positive goals.Competence, Character, Integrity, Vision, Patient Discipline and more are all traits in leadership.if the followers will not consider these traits in the lifes of our politicians and leaders our prayers for better and progressive Nigeria is in vain.

The youth are more populated and agile, we can use the power of numbers with the good traits of leadership to change the system and elect good leaders that will bring transformation to Nigeria.

If we will not be allowed to be used as political thugs, election riggers, ballot box snatchers.

We the Youth have to reset our mind, reposition ourselves, be responsible and responsive, be bold and courageous this is our time to set Nigeria free we can do it.

The time is now,the future is today.
