The Abia Online Media Publishers, the Umbrella body for all Online Media Practitioners in Abia State has approved the nomination of the Ncheta Omerekpe Foundation as Abia NGO of the year.
In a statement released by the group, the award is in recognition of the foundations humanitarian services to the people of the state, especially the indigent, the less privileged, women and youths.

From free medical outreaches, reconstruction and equipping of medical facilities, to educational grants and scholarships.
From youth empowerment to provision of business seed grants for indigents women.
Ncheta Omerekpe Foundation has continued to stand in the gap for the most vulnerable in the society.
The Award will be presented to the foundation alongside other Awardees at the Michael Okpara Auditorium on the 19th of Nov. 2021 as part of the activities marking the groups 4-Day Annual General Meeting/Bloggers Week.
