The Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 had on Monday revealed the states with high burden of the coronavirus in Nigeria.
Below are the states and affected Local Government Areas:
1.Enugu State: Nkanu-West LGA
2.Abuja: Abuja Municipal Area Council and Gwagwalada, FCT LGAs
3.Gombe, Gombe LGAs
4.Kaduna: Chikun, Kaduna-North and Kaduna South LGAs
5.Kano: Nassarawa LGA
6.Katsina: Katsina LGA
7.Kwara: Ilorin-South, Ilorin-West LGAs
8.Lagos: Eti-Osa, Ikeja, Kosofe, Lagos Mainland, LGAs
9.Nasarawa: Keffi and Lafia LGAs
10.Oyo: Ibadan-North LGAs
11.Plateau: Jos-North, Jos-South, Plateau LGAs
12.Rivers: Port-Harcourt LGA
13.Sokoto: Wamako LGA
