The Abia State former Commissioner of finance, Hon. Obinna Oriaku has revealed another shocking and concealed facts going on in the state. In a secret memo made available to newsmirrorng.com it reads

Do you know that beyond the State Government that has an expenditure sub head as Capital Account.
The house of Assembly also have Capital Account.
We cant with for full implementation of local government autonomy, we cant breathe. Do You know we have Security Vote in Abia House of Assembly.
These are aberration.
Do you know that out of 2.8b from Abia allocation outside the entire salaries of the workers and members which is about 60m.
The state is still forced to part with about 240m monthly.
Gov Okezie is under pressure even under this covid period when cutting of salaries is justified.
Do you know that most members dont know about the amount that comes to them monthly outside the statutory payment of salary and small overhead.
That’s is the strategy to get their blind loyalty.
Please forgive other house members even the Deputy Speaker. He’s aloof and unaware just happy answering Deputy Speaker.
Let them confirm through the past Speakers the amount Okezie is spending monthly which memebers/Constituents are not aware.
